Accommodation

Students´ Hostel and Canteen, Medická 6, 041 80, Košice

This is the main hostel for students of Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Kosice just five minutes walking from the congress centre (Faculty of Medicine). There will be possibility to choose from 2 or 3 - bed rooms as well as person you know to stay with you at the same room. Bathroom facilities (toilet and shower) are shared by 10 people (two 2-bed rooms and two 3-bed rooms). Small kitchen (cooker, oven, and microwave) with washing machine is situated on every floor. It is necessary to bring a cable for internet connection with you (but only to the hostel, there is an active no cost WiFi - Wire Free network in the whole Congress Centre).

Nights from June 20th to June 24th 2010 are covered by registration fees (payment on our bank account or directly at registration desk), or covered by Post Congress Tour fees (June 25th 2010 - June 27th 2010 – Hotel in Stary Smokovec, Poprad, Tatry). There is a possibility to pay extra (9 EUR) for extra nights directly at the Hostel registration.

June 19th 2010 – Necessary to pay 9 EUR extra - not covered by registration fees, payment directly at the Hostel registration.

June 20th to June 24th 2010 – Not necessary to pay extra - covered by registration fees.

June 25th 2010 – If you are attending our Post Congress Tour this night is covered by the Post Congress Tour fees. In case you are not attending but still need accommodation it is necessary to pay 9 EUR extra (not covered by registration fees).

June 26th 2010 – If you are attending our Post Congress Tour you do not need this accommodation since we will stay in Stary Smokovec (Poprad, Tatry) covered by Post Congress Tour fees. In case you are not attending the Post Congress Tour but still need accommodation it is necessary to pay 9 EUR extra (not covered by registration fees).

June 27th 2010 – this nigh is not covered by registration fees or Post Congress Tour fees – necessary to pay 9 EUR extra.
